America Adoption World Agency: Provides information on how to adopt from around the world.

The Barker Foundation:  a non-profit, comprehensive adoption agency, licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, which supplies complete and caring adoption services before, during and after the adoption takes place.

Christian Alliance for Orphans: coordinates resources and efforts to expand orphan ministry in the Christian community.

Families for Private Adoption: a non-profit adoption support and education group that encourages private (non-agency) adoption, providing legal information, parenting resources, and adoption-related support groups in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
